What do we think of when we think of optimal performance?

There are many things, like top flight rugby or football, the Olympics!

Each of these personifies the attitude to get into elite shape. This may not be the body of a Greek God. If you look at the heavy weight Judo boys, competing for Gold! Fine athletes for their sport, but not necessarily the ripped physique we have come to be associated with elite performance.

That is because many of the PT's we follow on social media are not elite performers, but they do posses the genetics to look great. This has lead us to beholden to individual workouts rather than follow a proper training program.
